2. Service Description

SocialPick is a personalized movie and series recommendation service that uses taste profiling, social signals, and AI to suggest content tailored to your preferences.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings

4. Content

Movie and series metadata is provided by TMDB. Social quotes are aggregated from public sources (Reddit, Instagram). Streaming availability is sourced from TMDB and may vary by region.

5. User Content

Posts, reviews, and comments you create are your responsibility. You grant SocialPick a license to display your content within the platform.

6. Limitations

SocialPick provides recommendations as suggestions only. We do not guarantee streaming availability or content quality. Use the service at your own discretion.
